As a Chinese realtor in Vancouver, I meet my fair share of interested parties from the Mainland, and I can attest that the main reason that they are buying in Vancouver right now is that the market is still a high-value investment.
Look around. We live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. It's safe. Clean. Politically stable. And welcoming. It's little wonder that other countries are wanting to enjoy it too.
